If for any reason you receive a tongue drum or other item from tonguedrum.com and decide you want to return it you can.  You have 10 days from the time your package arrives at your home to return your purchase for a full refund.
Just notify us by phone at 530-894-6349 or email steve@tonguedrum.com and we will quickly make all the arrangements. All other items purchased are also guaranteed in this manner. All returns and refunds are for the full price of the item, minus shipping costs, if any.

If you receive your tongue drum or other item from tonguedrum.com and it was damaged in shipping.
When your package arrives in the mail, inspect the box for damage. If upon opening the box and inspecting your drum you notice damage, save the shipping paperwork, save the box and packing materials, and call or email tonguedrum.com as soon as possible. All packages are fully insured, and this material is necessary to file a claim with the carrier. We will also send you a replacement tongue drum so there is no wait for the insurance reimbursement.
